What unique product and services will you be offering?
Principally real estate and varying investment opportunities like financial services, venture capital, equities, fund and portfolio management and various other wealth management schemes locally and internationally. Supported by our partners but tailor made to the individual specific risk and return appetite of our members.
What is your state of Business readiness and your plans for Business continuity?
We are ready to open offer and launch subscription on October 6th Our real estate business has least 5 income streams; sale of apartments is one. The others are Facilities management, Car parking, sporting Subscription and lease rental from the retail and office etc. These other business can produce N1.5-3B annually and these don’t include the other non-retail estate business.

N100,000 is the joining fee
Is there a minimum savings contribution?
Minimum contribution N100,000 per month
What is minimum account operating balance?
Six months of monthly savings
If there is shareholding, what minimum units are required to be a member?
Minimum 200 units @ N100,000 per unit
Do you offer Mortgage facilities and what are the eligibility criteria?
No we do not offer Mortgage facilities but our financial partners offer at extremely competitive pre-negotiated rates. (Please refer to mortgage calculator) (However the coop would subsidise the mortgage facilities during the period of the construction by a further 200 base points)
Does the COOP provide other loan facilities aside from mortgage?
No we do not however has been but our financial partners offer Consumer loan at competitive pre-negotiated rate. The estimated Value is about 100m.
Can the COOP buy over outstanding loans from other creditors?
Yes we have pre-negotiated rate with our financial partners to cover outstanding loans
How do I monitor my account with the COOP, is there availability of Internet/ Mobile application?
